The Firm has a robust litigation team inspired by philosophy of careful selection and competent representation. Our Experience includes handling contentious cases through litigation in Courts or Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism such as arbitration and mediation which are gaining prominence in our jurisdiction. We have acted for Clients across key sectors on various matters that include construction & property disputes, employment and labour relation disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property cases, land & environmental law cases, tax & financial cases, public procurement and general commercial disputes among others. We have represented Clients in various dispute resolution forums including Arbitral Tribunals, Statutory Tribunals, Public Procurement and Review Boards as well as the Courts.
The Firm is also very active in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and in particular Arbitration and Mediation. e Team in charge of ADR is multi-disciplinary and has wide experience both as Counsel and seasoned Arbitrators. Arbitration
The Managing Partner who is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb.) has been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator in arbitration matters ranging from Construction, Land, Consultancy Services, general Contractual Claims. We have also acted as Counsel representing parties in Arbitral Tribunals.
