Lilian Kabaya
Lilian is a Partner in the Commercial and Corporate Department at SES Law Advocates LLP. Her areas of practice include private equity, mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law, project finance, corporate restructuring, tax law as well as banking and securities.
She is experienced in advising on a full range of corporate matters including: transaction structuring, drafting and reviewing of project agreements, subscription and shareholders’ agreements, conducting due diligence and advising on compliance requirements, seeking regulatory approvals including Competition Authority approvals and issuing advisory opinions on various legal matters. She also has experience in real estate and securities transactions.
