Our representative experiences include:

  1. Acted for a government ministry (GM) in a complex legal case involving data protection of a project. The firm was able to advise the client on matters of data protection and the policy gaps and risks within its system; and how to align their regulations, contracts and policies with the current data protection laws in Kenya;

  2. Offered training services to a number of Boards and senior management on data protection and privacy compliance under the Data Protection Act; and

  3. Held a successful webinar attended by over 300 participants on data protection and privacy compliance in Kenya.
