Our experience in this area includes:

  1. Advised on Employee Share Ownership Plans, employment contracts and policies/manuals and undertaking dispute resolution on employment matters;

  2. Acted for a plaintiff in an unfair termination matter against a major bank in the country, resulting in the successful award of damages of Kes 1 million;

  3. Successfully represented a claimant in an unfair termination suit against a telecommunication provider in Kenya, amounting to an award of Kes 7.1 million; and

  4. Successfully represented a trade union against a private limited company in Kenya in an appeal involving court interference with a duly concluded collective bargaining agreement between the claimant and the employees of the respondent.
