  1. Advised a major public company engaged in the oil business in a dispute involving one of the oil marketing companies, gaps in its oil governance sector, and legal and industry best practices to enhance its operations;

  2. Advised on the acquisition of an oil terminal in the United Republic of Tanzania including long-term lease as well as associated hospitality arrangements to certain third-party guests;

  3. Been involved in the negotiation of commercial contracts for a joint venture partnership with respect to an LPG terminal in Kenya and generation and distribution of natural gas in Tanzania;

  4. Acted for the sponsors in the development of a 40-megawatt solar Power Plant including structuring the deal and negotiation with strategic equity partners and financiers on all transaction documents;

  5. Acted in a sale and acquisition transaction, and advised on PPA agreement with the Government of Kenya as well as EPC Agreements with equipment suppliers for a renewable energy company.
