  1. Advised on joint venture partnerships between a consortium of private entities and a number of County Governments in the Urban Renewal Programme for Affordable Housing project valued at over US$ 200 Million;

  2. Provided a full range of advisory services on multi-use real estate development valued at over USD 60 Million from commencement including undertaking a regulatory review for the project, drafting & reviewing transaction documents for the project, equity structuring, setting up a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for the consortium, tax, EPC construction contracts (FIDIC, JBC) and ancillary contracts as well as conveyancing;

  3. Advised a consortium of investors on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) construction project;

  4. Was part of a transaction advisory team in the procurement and engagement of a long-term O & M (Operation and Maintenance) foreign company for one of the largest infrastructure projects in Kenya.
