Rose John

Rose is an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 4 years experience in practice and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the University of Nairobi. She is also a Certified Professional Mediator from the Mediation Training Institute East Africa. She is currently pursuing a professional course in Certified Secretary.

She is known for her extensive expertise in commercial law - advising clients on a wide range of sectors including corporate and commercial law, arbitration & mediation law practice, employment and labour relations law, procurement law, intellectual property law, corporate governance, land and environmental law, banking law, insolvency law, debt recovery and collection amongst others.

Rose has gained extensive experience working with esteemed firms such as SES Law Advocates LLP, AKHAABI & Co. Advocates, Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA), and DLA Piper Africa (Iseme Kamau & Maema Advocates). In these roles, she has represented clients in high-stakes commercial disputes - litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes and guided clients on the legal options available for the resolution of their disputes.Outside the office, Rose is an avid traveller.
